If you concluded a paid PETDUO 5R™ service contract online, you can withdraw from it here. No account or login is needed, and you do not need to give a reason.

How it works

Open the withdrawal function

You are here: this page is our "Withdraw from contract" function. Below, enter your name, the email address for your acknowledgement, the diagnostic you ordered and, if available, your order or payment reference and the order date.

Confirm your withdrawal

Check your entries and select "Confirm withdrawal". This sends your withdrawal declaration to us.

Receive the acknowledgement

Immediately after you confirm, you see the acknowledgement of receipt on screen and we send it to you by email. It contains the content of your withdrawal and the date and exact time we received it.

Step 2 · Your withdrawal

I hereby withdraw from my contract for the provision of the PETDUO 5R™ service identified above.

Selecting "Confirm withdrawal" sends this declaration to us. You then see the acknowledgement on screen and receive it by email.

If you prefer another way: send a clear statement to 5r@petduo.com with the subject Withdrawal — PETDUO 5R™ order, including your name and, if available, your order reference (PTD-…) or invoice number (P5R-…).
